Orlando Apopka Airport (X04) is a privately owned/ public use airport. No permission is required to land at X04, it is open to the public. Each hangar building site is privately owned and also includes an undivided share of the airport common area.
Besides hangar ownership there are hangar rentals available as well. Many owners purchased hangars larger than they could use, with the intent to rent out space to other aircraft owners. Chandelle Properties manages over 50,000 s/f of this space and is happy to find you a space that meets your needs.
If you would like additional information including FAQ, please Contact Us. Since opening its doors, Chandelle Properties has sold more than 85% of all resales in the Orlando Apopka Airport development. Ron and Erika Henderson spent many years flying out of the sleepy field long before it was redeveloped into a commercial hangar community. No other real estate brokerage has a greater depth of knowledge about the airport, or more experience representing buyers and sellers at Orlando Apopka Airport, than Chandelle Properties.
Orlando Apopka Airport goes beyond being just a place to protect your aircraft, the airport is an active community of aviators. Fly-Ins, charity events, and an EAA chapter are among the fun things to do at X04.
